Is it possible to reserve taxis?
Yes, you can reserve a taxi by contacting 0237-35-3838.*

*Day-before or same-day reservations are possible, but availability may be limited depending upon the number of existing reservations.
Is it possible to call a taxi on short notice by telephone?
Yes, subject to taxi and driver availability. Clients with advance reservations receive priority. In the event there is a concentration of pre-existing reservations at a given time, it may not be possible to dispatch a taxi on short notice.

Ginzan Onsen is located about 30 minutes by car from city center. Depending on traffic and road conditions, it may take some time to reach your pick-up location. Therefore, reservations are recommended.
Is English support available?
Yes. We have multiple English-speaking drivers, so feel free to inquire.*

*In the event there is a concentration of pre-existing reservations at a given time, it may not be possible to dispatch an English-speaking driver on short notice.
Are jumbo taxis available for larger groups, such as those of 5 or more?
Our regular-sized taxis fit up to 4 passengers, but we have a larger wagon-type vehicle, a Toyota HiAce, which can fit up to 9 passengers. We also have a Toyota Vellfire, which offers a spacious and comfortable ride for groups of up to 6 passengers. Wagon-type vehicles are available by reservation only.

Vehicle numbers are limited, so availability is subject to number of vehicles in operation and status of existing reservations.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment by cash, PayPay, and credit card. Payment by bank transfer is also accepted; please contact us for details.
